Warranty Coverage

1. Warranty Coverage and Period

All Indole Mobilya branded Bedroom, Dining Room, and Sofa Set collections are under our warranty for 2 (Two) Years from the date of delivery against manufacturing, material, and workmanship defects.

Should a manufacturing or material-related defect be detected within the warranty period, the product will be repaired, parts will be replaced, or, if necessary, the entire product will be replaced free of charge by our authorized services. The maximum repair time for a defect is legally 20 business days.

2. Conditions Not Covered by Warranty (User Errors)

Damages and defects occurring in the situations listed below will be considered outside the scope of warranty, and repair operations will be carried out for a fee covering spare parts and service:

  • Damages resulting from the product's use contrary to its intended purpose and the maintenance/cleaning rules provided below.

  • Breakage, tearing, denting, and scratching caused by impacts, dropping, etc., during the relocation or transport of the product within or between homes after delivery.

  • Faulty assembly, disassembly, modification, and repair interventions carried out by unauthorized persons or by the consumer themselves, other than Indole Mobilya authorized service teams.

  • Deformations (fabric fading, wood cracking or warping, discoloration) caused by placing the product in excessively humid/damp environments, exposing it to direct sunlight, or positioning it too close to high heat and light sources such as stoves or radiators.

  • Permanent damages and discolorations resulting from the use of chemical substances (bleach, acidic liquids, alcohol, thinner, ammonia, abrasive detergents, etc.) for cleaning wood, fabric, glass, and metal surfaces.

  • Upholstery tears, stains, odors, and wood/metal damage caused by pets scratching, biting, or soiling.

  • Frame breakages, spring, foam, and shelf collapses resulting from user errors such as overloading beyond capacity, sitting on the armrests of sofas and couches, or placing excessive weight on cabinet shelves.

  • Burns, spills, or marks caused by hot containers (teapots, pots, irons, hot cups, etc.) directly contacting furniture surfaces.

  • Swelling and blistering caused by liquid spills.

  • In products using natural wood and veneer, small color differences, patterns, and grain structures originating from the material's inherent nature are entirely aesthetic details and are not considered manufacturing defects.

3. Product Care and Cleaning Guide

To preserve the aesthetics, color, and durability of your furniture as they were on the first day, please follow these steps:

  • Wood, Veneer, and Painted/Lacquered Surfaces: Should only be wiped with a very slightly damp soft cloth (preferably microfiber) and immediately dried with a dry cloth. Water should never be left on the surface. A dry cloth should be used for dusting.

  • Fabric Upholstery (Sofas, Chairs, Ottomans): In case of any liquid spill, dab (press and lift) immediately with a clean, dry cloth or paper towel to absorb the liquid, without rubbing. General cleaning should be done gently with only pure soap foam and a very slightly damp (well-wrung) cloth, wiping in the direction of the fabric's weave. Machine washing, using a carpet cleaning machine, or chemical-based upholstery shampoos are strictly prohibited.

  • Metal and Glass Components: Glass surfaces can be wiped with standard streak-free glass cleaners. Stainless steel feet and accessories should be polished with only a dry or very slightly damp cotton cloth, without using chemical substances.

  • Moving Mechanisms: Sofa bed mechanisms, wardrobe sliding rails, drawer rails, and cabinet hinges should be used gently, without forcing or pushing hard; dust and small items (clothes, etc.) should be prevented from getting trapped or stuck inside. Sliding and hinged systems should be periodically dusted with a dry or damp cloth and cleaned with a vacuum cleaner.

4. Consumer Rights Under Law No. 6502

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law on Consumer Protection, should the delivered goods be found defective, the consumer may exercise one of the following elective rights:

a) To rescind the contract by declaring readiness to return the goods (return), b) To retain the goods and demand a discount from the sale price in proportion to the defect, c) To demand free repair of the goods, with all expenses borne by the seller, provided it does not require excessive cost (repair), d) If possible, to demand replacement of the goods with a faultless equivalent (exchange).

The seller is obliged to fulfill the consumer's preferred request. Consumers can apply to the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts, located in their place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place, depending on the dispute amount, for complaints and objections arising from the warranty.
